FAQ

Answers, upfront

PricingDo you cover events?+

Yes — event coverage is a one-time service with three packages: Event Essentials from $450 (up to 2 hours, 40+ edited photos), Event Story from $850 (up to 4 hours, 75+ photos, a vertical recap video and 2 social clips), and Event Spotlight from $1,400 (up to 6 hours, 125+ photos, a cinematic recap and 3–4 clips). Every package includes guest, speaker, sponsor, detail and branding coverage plus an online gallery. We cover corporate events, galas, fundraisers, conferences, networking events, awards programs, grand openings, and community events.

ProcessHow quickly do we get our event photos?+

Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days for Event Essentials, 4–6 for Event Story, and 3–5 for Event Spotlight, all delivered to an online gallery. If you need images sooner, 24–48 hour photo selects are +$150 and same-day social selects are +$200 — worth adding when the event is part of a campaign that needs to post while it is still news.

PricingHow much does a video project cost?+

Projects are quoted from a transparent rate card — most social content packages start around $1,400/month, brand films around $3,800, and full commercial campaigns from $6,500. Use the pricing calculator on our Pricing page to build a real-time estimate for your exact scope, or submit an inquiry for a custom quote within one business day.

ProcessHow long does production take?+

A typical social content package delivers within 1–2 weeks of the shoot. Brand films run 3–4 weeks including revisions. Commercials with full pre-production typically take 4–6 weeks. Rush delivery (48-hour) and same-day options are available for time-sensitive work.

ProcessWhat happens after I submit an inquiry?+

You'll get a personal reply within one business day. We'll schedule a short discovery call to understand your goals, then send a written proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing. A deposit books your production dates; the balance is due on delivery.

ProcessHow many revisions are included?+

Every project includes a revision round after the first cut. Additional revision rounds are available at a flat rate ($75/round) so scope stays predictable for both of us.

LogisticsDo you travel for shoots?+

Yes. The first 25 round-trip miles are always free, then travel bills at $0.75/mile. Overnight travel is available for multi-day or distant productions.

LogisticsWho owns the final videos?+

You do. Final deliverables are yours to use across your channels. Raw footage delivery and long-term project archiving are available as add-ons if you want everything.
